Class begins with a FULL Moon Oracle Reading. All yoga poses are reclining on the floor, fully supported with blankets, blocks or bolsters, & held for several minutes to gently open your body & mind. You'll release stored tenstion with ease for a complete reset.
Simple, practical self-care tips will be shared to invite peace & calm daily. Each participant will receive a mini relaxation essentiao oil blend to take home.
